At Loiter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your items in their original mailer and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
